It’s easy for one’s faith to become merely an academic exercise of belief. The Psalms help prevent this by addressing the heart. They cover everything from our frustrations and doubts about God to an awe of his greatness and goodness. When life gets confusing, and there seems to be no hope, the Psalms give an outlet for your struggles and restore your perspective and relationship with God.
