Everyone who invites the Holy Spirit to lead and direct their lives becomes empowered in a special way to impact God's kingdom. It's in the process of using this ability for Jesus' purposes that we find our unique calling and effectiveness.

If this focus is absent in our lives, we will feel insignificant and aimless, struggling to understand our purpose in life. We will tend to look for those things in other accomplishments or relationships...but it is an unending and exhausting treadmill that takes us nowhere.
